This is the first exercise video of any kind (including yin yoga) I've been able to do since I learned I had endometriosis. I started this video in pain, but I ended it feeling so much better I could cry! Thank you so much! I'll come back to this video MANY times!

This Pilates for Fibroids and Endometriosis and the Pilates for Period pain videos are great for you as they relax your pelvis at the start of the videos. You can take this relaxation section and use it on days you're feeling sore. Thankfully, I don’t have these conditions; I used this sess as a gentle, recovery day workout. I don’t often do extended breathing: it was relaxing but also challenging to ‘just’ breathe. The side lying section def. started to burn in the glutes. Thank u!

Thank you SO much for this exercise. I was really looking for an exercise that respected the hip and pelvic area and opened it up for more fluidity and this worked well for me. I will be watching this video very regularly. I also like that you get up to show us the right way to do the exercises and that you really encourage people to go where their bodies take them, rather than seeking perfection. Thank you so much!

I'm not sure at the first I can finish this class. Then I can't stop moving until you said 'this is our last move'. Oh gosh, you've made itu my body! Thank you Mira. I hope doing this exercise regularly could help me manage the fibroid.
