Manny Pacquiao, may have turned 40-years-old on December 17, but his conditioning, speed, and power, are ridiculous! The man is on fire. We got a sneak peak of his workout inside the Wild Card Gym a few days ago, while he was doing his mitts workout with Buboy Fernandez, followed by plyo with Justin Fortune.

What Pacquiao is missing at his age is his deep side step. Before his side stepping into the blind spot of his opponents have created him a lot of oppurtunities to score in addition with the follow up barrage of punches right after the side step. Right now he does not move that much anymore. Yes, he still throw super fast punches but he lose a valuable trick with aging. Still, will consider as one of the GOAT.

His work rate inside the ring is tremendous , there game plan are superb . in every situation in early rounds. He can adjust so quick. With his speed to deliver combination punch , tremendous foot work . Its easy for him to win. forget the stamina , he can survive until the last round .

I cant believe manny is 40 years old now. I remembe i was only 13 years old when i first watched him fight, against barrera, and he was only 23 years old during that time. I can definitely tell that the skills are there, but manny is not the same manny from years ago. Manny used to be a tazmanian devil, who throws 100 punches per round and beats you by outworking and over powering you. Now, manny beats you by outsmarting you.

At his age he should start thinking about getting a someone to help him with "Muscle Pliability exercises and messages" it does work. Tom Brady from the Patriots uses that method. What its about is, you stretch your muscles out and makes them more pliable so nothing gets tight or sore. It would help him out. But dam he looks great!
