I've been copying his exercise routines these stuff are hard. It hurt back and stomach so bad couldn't walk for week. Now I post stretch using roman chair to prevent muscle lock up after these core exercises...learned my lesson.
It's myfribrillar hypertrophy training. It gets the nervous system recruiting all the muscle fibres so he gets stronger, not bigger. This is why Bruce Lee was strong for his size.
Wrong. He's using lightweights. He uses small dumbbells in his training. Please show him using very heavy weight because myfribrillar is strength training.
@sbmsuperman bruce lee was 'ripped' u,, well i tried looking for other vids but his workouts seem so small like idk can your recomenned any weigh in pics or vids i should look up?
To be honest, this was a good discussion. I had good valid points, and so did you. Alot of people these days, whenever they cannot think of something to say, they attack the other person. Which isn't right. But look, regretfully, I am growing tired of this argument/discussion. I kinda predicted that we'd end up sticking with our own opinions from the start ayways. I'd like to leave it with I have my own opinion, and you have yours? Because I get what your saying, but, I always will be a Pac fan!
You can say pacman used steroids all you want but you cant deny he worked his way through hard work and dedication, you gotta respect his work ethic atleast. Fyi ima Floyd fan so im not being bias, i just wanted to point out that everyone that has ever stepped in the ring deserves to be respected.
It takes 3 month in average to go from an athletic build to a ripped physique. I know may people who've gotten their bench maxes from 170 to 240 in that time frame. So, with proper nutrition(which he has), proper training(which he has), and all the things in between, it is possible to get there. Anyways, if you look at his physique, he isnt all that muscular. Its just proven that the power of a punch comes from the ground up. And, he has HUGE calves. Genetics play a part in this.
always wondered, what muscles does that work when he takes the medicine ball round his head ? I see guys doing that with weight plates all the time in the gym
That exercise are working the abs, shoulders, traps, and triceps. His core is being used as he rotates the ball. As it goes around, the weight resistance is on his shoulders, while the traps are flexing also. Then he uses his triceps to bring the ball infront of him.
This is isometric training. It improves the stability of a punch when it makes contact with a target. Even a powerful punch will feel weak when it loses stability on impact
pacquiao said he didn't do plyometric training when he was training for marquez.. he thinks that's why he wasn't able to fight as good as he usually does but he going to start doing plyometrics for the bradley fight so he should look like manny pacquiao again
man if this was for that marquez fight...it is a must that ariza go because none of this stuff worked to win him the fight or make him look good at all
Its simply because Mayweather is demanding that Pacquiao takes the test the night before the "fight" which would decrease Pacquiao's health significantly during it. Also, Mayweather demanded that no matter the outcome of the fight(winner or loser), Mayweather gets 60 percent of the earnings. Pacquiao agreed to winner takes 60, but mayweather refused. Also, Pacquiao then also agreed to a 50/50 deal, but still it was refused. Pacquiao trains hard everyday, while maintainging his responsibilities.
his arms are about 3x bigger in diameter in the video 6 days after this one... I bet it won't hurt his speed tho. Alex "special blend" Ariza, makes sure of that.... juice it up.
3) Its backed up by society, by scientific fact, by medical fact, and by most textbooks in the education system. 4) Look, I understand and respect both fighters. But, I am a Pacquiao fan for life. NOTHING... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, gives anybody the right to bash him without the proper evidence. I'm just saying, make sure you have ALL your facts before you go around bad mouthing someone because your on the other side. 5) I am sorry, I did not see that your comment was 4 months ago.
Lastly, this accusation was made in 2009! THAT IS ALMOST FOUR YEARS AGO. IT DIDN'T HAPPEN OVERNIGHT! This so called "decrease" in performance(which i don't think he got that much worse. He won the bradley fight, according to most of the world's views. Even bradley said "I could not beat him." Right after the fight was declared over while he was in the ring. And he tried a more aggressive strategy at the Marquez fight and paid for it." But, Lastly,
FieLJay It's myfribrillar hypertrophy training. It gets the nervous system recruiting all the muscle fibres so he gets stronger, not bigger. This is why Bruce Lee was strong for his size.
Towards the end, Pacroid said "Additional..." And Ariza responded "Additional...yeah, I like that." The unspoken word is "steroids". Boooo steroids. Booo.....
@sbmsuperman this is his whole workout routine i dont believe for one second he does thousands of crunches and hundreds of push ups if he did he would look 'ripped' which he doesnt i dont know i just think his training routine here is comical
1) I did not see that my bad. 2) He does train hard, mabye he took way too much time off. But, who cares? That does not give you or anybody else the right to slander his name by falsley accusing him of taking drugs. Thats just immature. 3)Show me proof that he said that. Because on articles and such, he never agreed to any of those terms. He just stated that Pacquiao had to go along with the terms. He never agreed to himself beuing subject to a blood test. (to be continued)
Okay, there are many ways to beat the system, just as Mosley did. But, hey. please don't bring Lance Armstrong into this when the fact of the matter is that he needed the clinical steroids to fight off illness. He had no wrong doing in that. And it was needed so said by doctors. 3) Look, it is quite possible to move from those weight classes, because it actually only takes 3 months to get quite an amount of muscle. Like numerous people I know, they gain muscle quick.
That, I don't know, cause I don't know you. But, you are right. It's just Me and alot of people would like to and we do believe that it was through his hard work and dedication. Mabye, it because I have a very cliche personality, but, I like to look at the good on people, before judging them without all the facts. I mean, you made good observations, but, till he is proven guilty, or innocent, it is just that. Only mere observations. Because there is no factual proof.
ALOT can happen in FOUR YEARS. That is also why Michael Phelps isn't going back to the Olympics. ITS 4 YEARS AWAY! So stop exaggerating about this "overnight" shit. Stop slamming other peoples names just because they are famous, have a good family, have a good career, and have Money and Power. Like I said, I respect both fighters. I'm just a fan of Pacquiao. In the end, I guess you can have your own opinion, and I can have mine. But, READ up on facts first before openly slamming someone!
Mabye in your perspective. But, you can look at it from another stand point. Floyd needs to fight Pacquiao because of the fact that there can be MANY statements about who's stats are better. Obviously, Mayweather has 0 losses. But, Pac has 20 more fights then him. ALOT could happen in 20 fights. Pac ihas fought in 61 fights. Of those fights he's had 5 losses and two draws. It could be speculated as an opinion, that Mayweather could lose a few fights in 20 fights. Fighters come and go..
And he is now agreeing because of the fact that it is Mayweather. The so called "Fight to watch". Just as long as its not going to affect his preformance in the fight. And also, the money issue. He is getting old! That is why his preformance is dropping. He may be younger than Marquez, but if you look at the stats, Pac fought the same amount of fights as Marquez, and Marquez is alot older. He's old, but still has fight in him. Which is why he hasn't retired. He wants to give his fans all he has.
ok lets correct you mayweather cares about him self only him pacquaio has his own country on him pacquaio slacked of cuz he cared more about politics and trust me after mayweather fights canelo he is done for shure
@SantiagoSernaAZ 41 thumbs up to see the 389th fighter in his division get his ass kicked ? LOL !!!!!!!!! ridiculous. You all must also remember that Freddie said Ortiz sparring Manny was some of the best sparring he had ever seen, and that was when Ortiz was a 140 pounder. so.... lol, you can watch video or Floyd and Ortiz sparring whenever you'd like.
Hastings is a C-Level fighter with terrible defense and wide punches... his feet are like cement, etc. NEXT. Anyway TAKE THE TEST AND FIGHT THE BEST Mr. PEDman
lol pacquiao stopped hatton cold in 2, cotto in 12, beat oscar up so bad he quit in 9. lol i dont know what this about "draining" opponents hahaha. and unless a fighter tests positive then you cant say they were on PEDs cause then floyd must of too hahah
No that's strength training for bodybuilders and powerlifters. Combat sports are a little different. Strength is not the main priority so you need to build it in a way that doesn't effect all the other areas like flexibility, speed etc. Squats and deadlifts are good to an extent but bench and overhead press are not good because they effect the shoulders and that slows down punches and upper body movement. Trust me that trainer knows what hes doing.
031ish since it seems like you know what you are talking about, if i may ask, is doing explosive repetitions with let's say 50% of my max bad for a boxer?
Imad Hammou I would say that it's good if done the right way. An example to get the most out of explosive leg training is to do a rep with weight followed by a couple without weight. So if you do a jumping excercise you do one explosive jump with prefered weight, throw the weight and do a couple without it. Try it on for 2-3 weeks as a compliment to your regular training and you will feel the benefits.
