I greatly appreciate the fact the 'treatment' begins at a low volume, and then continues to increase. Gave me time to adjust my bass settings! Looking forward to experimenting!
I think It actually helped me I originally listened to it when I was doing my programming homework but didn't notice much effect But now an hour and a half late I'm playing my guitar and I'am really noticing something! Thank you!!!!!!
Try dr joe dispenza's paraneum breath technique, it's even better than this and only takes me about 5-10 minutes to achieve full body euphoria which is what u might hear some ppl calling orgasming inwards
So in the end should you listen to it before engaging in the work or during the work? Andrew Huberman said that he would listen to this 5 mins before doing work. During the work, he would listen to white, pink or brown noise
why does it feel so good to listen to myself say ohmmm while also listening to this, the mix is interesting, making the noise ''Through my ears'', if you know you know what i mean.
If this binaural beat gives you sleep paralysis or makes you wake up fully awake in the middle of the night you could balance it out by listening to 6hz or 10-12 hz binaural beats prior to sleep for about 15 minutes.
@@martynasstar335i think the person is asking for themselves - they’re not claiming it doesn’t work but that it gives them sleep paralysis and asking for an alternative so that they might still benefit from binaural/isochronic beats/tones
@@martynasstar335Solely based on my own experience. I just made my comment in case someone else was having that issue. Now in retrospect 6hz binaural beats actually does have some evidence that it gives you more deep sleep. And i’ve verified that a little bit with my whoop sleep tracker.
"Hi Dr. Andrew, thanks for the helpful info and tools. I'm wondering, let's say I listen to this brainwave session using my AirPod before I start working on tasks. But if I end up getting a headache for about 30 minutes, what can I do to adjust and listen more effectively?
@@yoram9692 This is something I've wondered about, at least with regards to the quality of which the playback device or headphones can produce certain frequencies. The average human ear can hear up 16kHz(16,000Hz) and the lower frequencies like sub-bass(80Hz and below) are mostly felt. There are alot of speakers, headphones, earbuds, IEMs that dont produce these lower frequencies very well if at all. Chances are, that if you dont have a decent set of cans or IEMs you probably wont truly experience what lower frequencies can be like. And not everyone enjoys the very low end spectrum, either. At 40Hz tone or note is by itself is definitely something youll feel, 6 and 12Hz will probably be uncomfortable or even nauseating to "listen" to. Very arge pipe organs, like church or cathedral organs can go to 16Hz-ish and are difficult to be in the presence of, depending on how loud it is played and even at a lower volume its an experience just feeling a long 16Hz note for even a short period.
@@yoram9692mor on, no device will give you 6 hz nor 40 hz , it's like , your right ear will get 240 hz and left ear gets 246 hz and then you hear 6 hz when your brain 🧠 processes these inputs ...
This is not 40hz. It's 40hz in cycles per second of amplitude oscillation. Binaural beats emulate frequency by phasing amplitude fluctuations, not the actual note.@@yoram9692
Hi, please I NEED AN ANSWER. Is 40Hz Frequency of Binaural beats (inducing gamma brainwave state) fit for focused-meditation? Or focused-meditation like any other meditation fits for theta and or alpha brainwave state?
@@royalhumbler2767You can't, because how binaural beats work is they play a different frequency in both of your ears in which the difference in value is the frequency your brain interprets, and thus a 160 hz and 120 hz playing by left and right ears will result into 40 Hz binaural beats frequency
Are we supposed to listen while we are studying??like when we are reading or writing.can i listen while doing handtands (he says improves motor task)soo..???
How this is supposed to use, if I'm watching many tutorials as videos? Should I keep this in another tab running along with video? What should be volume level in respective tabs? Or This is something I should listen first before I start watching videos?
Maybe this is already answered but why is in my left ear lower frequency than in my right ear? Could the same thing be achieved by simply letting 40hz in both ears?
Excuse me, i have a stupid question. Why is Right channel louder and a bit higher pitch then left channel? Is it suppose to be like that or there's something with my headphones? (Because i have tried to switch them places and the problems is not with my ears. Also other records with 40hz sounds equal in both channels)
@@Geeisjudied What do you mean the frequency is different between the two headphones? Is it not the same sound coming through both headphones? I'm not disagreeing with you; I truly don't understand and need a simple but complete explanation I can grasp. I would sincerely appreciate that.
@@Kube_Dog the frequency differenz of 40Hz is created in your Head. You need Headphones because they arent Stereo. Delta waves for example are between 0,5-4 Hz, if you only would need to hear the frequency it would work because Humans cant hear below 20 Hz
@@IngeSchissen Thanks for trying, but that does not make anything clear. Please remember hat I do not understand this at all, so I don't have even the basic knowledge needed to comprehend you. You need to explain simply, like to a child.
Are there papers describing this in pharmaceutical detail? I'm only biomed but I'd like to look more into this to ensure its not just another waste of time
