In this video I will show you 3 lists for the Drukhari at 500, 1000, 1500, and 2,000 point values. I will also cover some of the reasons you may or may not want to start an Drukhari army yourself.

From what I have heard Drukari are a very kibashy army. And speaking of Age of Sigmar the Witch Aelves make pretty good wyches themselves even if it's not the cheapest option.

@@Speeds_Gaming_Corner I've joked that playing Drukhari makes you very familiar with the AoS model range due to all the kitbashing you can(/need to) do. If you want to play the army without finecast or waiting for GW to even stock some of the finecast range it's basically mandatory.

If you are looking to get into Dark Eldar: get their current Combat Patrol as often as you can afford. Yes, it is Kabal only - but it is EXCELLENT value, and very repeatable. Three are not a bad start: magnetise the Ravager parts and you got up to six boats, 15 Incubi, 30+ warriors (you can build more from the boat kits!) and three characters. That's a GREAT starting point and already way over 1000 points.

@@Kakashi-ip8mg If you like the Wych side of Drukhari and can get it for a good price: absolutely. If actually works well with the Combat Patrol.

@@darnokx9277 thanks for the reply. We have a local store that’s pretty well stocked. I wasn’t looking for Dark Eldar but my last visit I noticed they had several Boarding Patrols. I’ve got to pay them a visit next week

For me personally it would be a skip. At least right now if you want wyches you only want them if they can run with Lilith. That means that half the wyches aren't going to be useful right away. You get 5 incubi, but you get those in the Combat Patrol as well. You also get enough Wych parts from the venom you want to buy anyways that you can very easily kitbash them (albeit in slightly awkward poses). I could 100% see it being a good box in the future after some balance tweaks/next edition so its not worthless, I just don't see why I would ever buy it over 3x venoms or 1 combat patrol

3 combat patrols, 3 venom, lilith is probably what I would go after personally. It's over 2k points, but it just gets you such a great start!

Recommend to wait until the Drukhari codex release. If they renew kabalites, they are likely to have a base change like guardians in craftworld aeldari

Hey man. Quick question. The First list seems to be short by a couple of hundred points. What is recommended to fill this in?

Points changes can be rough for these! With drukhari when in doubt go with an extra combat patrol. It'll give you plenty of room to play around with between the infantry, transport, and tank

So honestly my personal reccomendation for mandrake proxies until the killteam drops is the Khainite Shadowstalkers warcry box. Theyre already elves, they have weird shadow magic, the blades being waved around, and just are all around not too too far off plus the extra models can be turned into characters really easy. The shadow queen or whatever her name is, the leader one, just needs like an arm swap for a pistol and shes a great archon or even a shadowseer if youre bringing harlequin allies; and the slaughtershade(?) was actually my first and probably still best looking succubus in my army
