just finished this workout it’s really good, it went by really fast. I’ve been doing her workouts every day for 4 weeks now and already see a difference and don’t bloat as much anymore 💗
@@avagracehallstrom5170 yes, Ive been on a diet ,, I’ve been eating once a day, and not drinking any fizzy stuff and coke (I don’t like fizzy drinks anyway), and I normally try workout 15-40mins a day depending what I feel like. I do lidias workouts and a bit of cardio. Hope this helps

I almost never comment on videos, but this time I decided to do it to thank you for all your workouts, they really help, I've been doing them for 2 months and a little more and I really saw changes in my abs and waist, I was quite surprised to see the results without having to kill myself with ultra difficult exercises, and the best thing was that I could do it from home. Thanks to your workouts and the incredible results I had with them, I am more confident, thank you :)
saw her on ig and decided to try her workouts! you dont even notice the 40mins go by, i thought it went really fast! the burn felt so good too and it’s a tolerable workout for someone who hasnt exercised in weeks. this was pretty good

I love your videos but it would be helpful if you put the 5 second countdown noises and end “ding” to the timer so I know when to transition when looking down. Otherwise, I’ve been loving them from the start!
Wow, I have never completed such a long workout before as I just run out of breath and feel drained at the end. But this workout helped me target my muscles and I am feeling relaxed and energised at the end.
Hey, here I am going to write my progress form this workout! Day 1: ✅ It was much easier than I thought even tough I haven't train for more than a month! Day 2: ✅ It was very easy and enjoyable! Day 3: ✅ Very easy! Day 4: ✅ Such an easy workout. Day 5: ✅ I lust can't believe how easy this wokout is! Day 6: ✅ One of the easiest workouts I have ever done. Day 7: ✅ It was such an easy and enjoyable workout so the next week I am going to make a harder workout!

I've been doing this workout and a walk every day for almost 2 months now and when I tell you this workout is IT. Staying consistent with it has given me the best results I have ever seen from any pilates workout. Thank you Lidia!!!!
I miss the countdown sound from this..😢 i just contiuned doing the excercise while you started doing an another one.. Apart from that it was a great workout, time went fast while i was doing this workout, i was tired at the end 😊

Today is day 1 of getting back on track after a year of sedentary lifestyle. I had about 10 mins remaining of this workout before I hard stopped. I’ll try again tomorrow!
@@melissanctt Hello ☺️ It gets better everyday! I can finish 40 minute workouts now and I feel stronger. I haven’t lost significant amount of weight since I’m not doing calorie deficit. But Pilates has helped with my sleep and I have more toned legs and tummy.
@elliesinclair2173 that's really nice to know, pilates has helped me with my anxiety, I still got it, but I have more energy through the day and my body feels like more toned 😁

the video is amazing as always but omg the lack of timer means i’m struggling on doing the move correctly bc i’m always checking the timer instead of my positioning
The workout is awesome, a timer with a noise would be wonderful. The only down side are the number of ads, difficult to follow with that much interruption...

I've been doing this workout for like 15 days, and It's really helpful, but would you suggest me a workout that is specially made for toned thighs and arms?
Great workout but could you talk us through the steps like when you are changing moves during the timer and could the timer make a noise when it's done please
This is the first video I've tried- I think some of the music throws off the rhythm to some exercises and also sooo many ads. Cueing and a countdown would be helpful, but I loved the exercises in the video
I really like the videos and 100% understand that there are adverts, but could they please be put in the beginning or the end? Or at least during the breaks? It interrupts the workout
Many people say we cannot build muscle or tone with Pilates, that we have to lift weights. What are you guys’ opinion on that? And if I add ankle weights will I still not build muscle/tone?
