it is samsung DE41-00126A control board, it is used in samsung front loading washing machine model numbers P1205, B1015, B1415, B1480, B815, F1015, F1215, F611, F813, P1001, P1201, P1203, P1205, P1401, P1403, P1405, P801, P803, P805, R1213, R1215, S1001, S1003, S1005, S1015, S601, S801G, S803G, S815JGW

I have a very similar model (B1013J) has similar pcb layout and switches. The issue is the power on switch doesn't power the machine, but has 5v and 12V. If I press big wash button together with power on it starts without welcome sound but dial switches wash programs leds but after a few seconds shutdown, so can't start a washing cycle. I don't think microprocessor is faulty but probably the ROM is dead that can't read the firmware correctly to start. Have you ever repaired a model like this with symptoms ? Some tips can be very useful. Thanks for sharing your great expertise!

Thank you, I need to find out why my door close solenoid isn’t receiving signal, everything else works fine as far as I can tell. My door close unit works as I tested it in another machine. I might have to check for a physical reason the door closed situation isn’t activating.

I work a lot on Samsung washers and late models have a problem on main computer. Theres 5 volts from main board to control panel but it won't turn on. And not quite sure if it's been protected or or the main processor memory needs to be replaced or reprogrammed.

welcome dear. most latest boards are using smps modules on the boards, instead of transformer based power supply i started this series and we will dig deep as much as i can. and i will try to discuss all related problems and its easiest solution. sometimes the software is protected in these ics. please accept my best regards

In some circuit the motor is driving with triac only no bridge rectifier is seen. The motor is working on ac or dc. If on ac why bridge is needed

when it is using TRIAC, then the motor is ac motor if it is using SCR then the motor will DC

these are tactile switches. just check the service manual for your specific model number, to find the exact part number to get the exact part number. (if you are ordering online) if you want to purchase from local electronics parts seller, then just remove the component and take this sample to the seller, he will match and will provide you the same

Sir my lg front load washing machine board no. ebr 7393. door lock swich problem was occur. as i have seen you tube videos i made connect neutral and common to board side. as soon as one resistor burnt. neutral to common voltage is 127v ac what i do please give advise.

The first thing i'd do is remove the dam speaker, or atleast reduce the sound.

@@HaseebElectronics Its strange why electronic designers have them built into systems like that and don't give the option to turn them down or off. I have a family member who has an oven that makes a loud high pitched noise every time the timer goes off and it is annoying. Also I hope my comment didn't come across as rude towards you, your channel is great.

@@Ghost572 you are right. in some products there is much annoying loud beeps and buzzers, in some products they provide mute option, but in some devices there is no MUTE option, so it makes a big disturbance. it can be replaced with a low volume buzzer and your comment is valuable for me. it makes me comfortable.
