I saw my cat last night, I played her a song I had a connection to and I told her it was okay to let go whenever she needed to. She had been in pain and we don't have money to put her down. I decided to listen to this before bed, and I felt something just open up in my crown.... I just felt peace. I had fallen asleep. I woke up this morning, and she had passed away peacefully. I'm just glad I got to tell her she could let go anytime and she was so good to me. 17 years is a long time !!!!! Soshe, thank you for being the best first cat ever. My condolences, I have a deep spiritual connection with my cat as well. Wherever he sits and purrs for a while I will go there for meditation since I believe he is sensitive to frequencies and energies and it makes for some of my best sessions. He's 13 now and reading this gave me a big lump in my throat, but also such a thankfulness for having been blessed to share life with him. Sending much light and positivity to you 💛

By staying in only positive, loving, and compassionate energies. These energies keep (us) from being sucked into the darkness... thus breaking the cycle. The compassion is for ourselves. Compassion for self is the foundation for love of self. When we truly love ourselves, the narcissists have nothing to feed on. I love every single one of you, please know that you are enough and that other people and how they feel has nothing to do with you and your experience, open your heart and acknowledge every feeling you feel and fill it up with love and compassion. I just started to meditate and Immediately I was smiling the whole time! I felt so light and made myself a promise which then made my cry. It ended with more smiling and a calm feeling. I feel light and good.
Wow thank you for honoring the real feels and emotions and experiences of your dog. So many people dont understand this and I try to teach people that their dogs have souls and pick up on so much like a sponge!! I am curious how your dog has been misunderstood? Has your pup loved too much without getting the love in return by certain beings? I am going to play this for my roommate's dog now as I feel he may be going through something similar and feel I get him and love on him in ways his humans haven't, but been trying to teach them...thanks for the inspiration :) 💜 P.S. I recommend going to a professional psychotherapist if this persists. It seems you’ve tried many potential solutions, each only to see it fail. If your spirituality doesn’t help on the way, I myself am an atheist but respect your beliefs, I would say a qualified professional is the only way out. Help is on the way, if only everyone who needed it would find it.

I just got out of a 3year relationship and this sound actually helped me remember all the red flags I was ignoring when I started this relationship and throughout... I'm not a religious person. Although I am a ferm believer in the power of Love. I remember the saying that Love is God and God is Love. So instead of getting ahead of myself and all puffed up with, it's all me making things positive or negative in life, I think It's best for me to remember, that there's God/Love that is making all loving things possible. I played this last night as I went to sleep & all night I had hectic dreams where I worked out one situation after another! I kept thinking I was awake & I was telling myself about the lessons I'd learned or the stuff I'd figured out or let go at the end of each dream scene. I can't say I had the most restful sleep but jeez this music seems to really do what it says it will. I'm about to play it again tonight & hope for a less hectic night & dreams.

I am praying this beautiful meditation releases stuck energy of all kinds, from my mind, body & soul. And i will wakeup pain free. I am havn pain in random areas of my body that just surfaced 3 days ago and it wasn't from any accidental reasons. I assume its energy that is stuck. a quick grounding and releasing exercise: stand up straight and tall. close your eyes, take a deep breath and imagine roots growing from your heart, deep into the ground. feel then go through your floor, the crust of the earth, into the magma, deeper and deeper until they reach the very centre. sit with this feeling of connection for a while. now you are ready for the letting go part of this exercise. think of something you want gone from your life, be it a person, emotion, thought ect. now focus on how that thing looks in your heart, personally i imagine a ball of black light. now you can begin to push it down the roots and out of your life. Push it into the centre of the earth and watch it burn. this thing is no longer blocking you. blessed be ♡

i struggle with agoraphobia, emetiphobia and general anxiety disorder and i get almost a ball of unwanted energy in my stomach and my throat. technically this could be attributed to my mind but i am feeling this physically in my body. so i’m listening to this to release all this energy. sometimes you have negative energy in your head but physical negative every is so very real

It really does take effect. I feel something lifted off my shoulders. I’ve been bullied ever since elementary school up to Junior year of high school. But it didn’t stop there as I started work it has also been a huge bully. Managers can have their way with you and make you do anything they desire. I’ve been exposed to horrible narcissistic management. Some nice but extremely abusive energies. I don’t think my parents or friends understand what I’ve went threw. But I know i’m strong and have a threshold
hey there. how are you doing now? i pray god heal you and protect you through out your life. i want you to know that youre not alone. im really sorry that it happened to you. but i do believe that its god who brings you here. he see you. he understand you. and he wants you to heal. i know how hard it is to been bullied. honestly, it takes a lot of work to heal that. if you dont know, all of the sadness, the way you reacted now, your anxiety, has a lot to do with that. it shows that your inner child is still hurt. and honestly you are the only person that can heal that baby. its time now for you to stop all the bullying to happen to you again. if the place that you work at is toxic. walk away. find another job that’s good for you. good for your mental health. for your soul. i know its not easy to find a job now. but just have faint. and never giving up. also having a mentality of saying that its okay to not get the job that you wanted, its because god is telling you he has something bigger for you. i want you to hug yourself now and say to yourself that you’re sorry for letting it happened. you’re sorry for letting people said mean things to you. youre sorry for letting people bullied you. you’re sorry for not standing up for yourself. you’re sorry for not protecting yourself. you promises to never let it happened to you again. that way, your inner child will feel better. also you being here is a good sign. its time for you to heal now. love u and hope youre feeling good now. be kind to yourself. im sorry if there’s any grammatical mistakes.. english is not my first language…

I listened to this in parking lot at work before my shifts as a server. My first customer told me I have the most positive soul. I cried and we hugged. It was really amazing.
Wow you just made my existence shift. We a truthfully beautiful white soul of course we are the most postive too. Duh, if you think of emotions knowing your a positive soul how much baggage negativity are you hang onto anymore while we're seeing just how star bright we are. Our soul is lighting us up positively every moment of our existence no matter what we a powerful light source just being us a postive soul. Now the world shifts for us. All positive in all positive out because the new beliefs systems demolishing all negative options cravings etc low vibe low energy low frequency restored healing light for us. The secret movie makes complete sense. We are the giant light within but technically we are connected one massive light source never ends never stopped it just keeps growing in light purity peace abundance strength maturiy master upbeat walking cloud 9 knowing not only how positive soul we have lighting us up way beyond this physical form which is connected with all the energy and light reaching in every direction forever what we send out we must all ways recieve back multiplied law of attraction. I am recieving this all power light self back from past present and future because I can I can be the brightest I am being the brighest lightest light I know my soul is incredibly beautiful because of you. I had bad day yesterday. I couldn't talk to Arch.Michael as usual, we talk everytime, but yesterday, I just cried. Today, a butterfly fly around and round over my head and just fly away when I said "Yeah, I know that is you, angel". And then, tonight, someone just told me hear this frequency without any reason.
