I had a tough childhood my mum and dad used and abused me. Now I’m an adult now left the family home. They don’t talk to me in the last 3 years and I’m so glad they are out of my life for good. This is so beautiful. I can feel all my sorrows and depression being lifted. Like I'm floating on a cloud. Like everything's going to be ok. I haven't been ok. I've been so lost alone and confused. Before I found this I burnt all my journals. I've been hard on myself because other people don't understand me. I was killing myself with my words so I had to burn them. It's a chance to start over. A fresh start. A new beginning. I deserve a good life. I've made mistakes but I recognize them. It's ok to start over. Success isn't in how much I can accumulate. It's how much I can forgive. Forgive myself and others so I can release this burden that's got me stuck I needed this in my life. Right on time. I am the universe. I can feel it soaking me up and taking me in. My journey has just begun.

Im sorry for all the gambling and spending all your money and wasting all your time on the wrong things and wrong people. I know you wish it could have been different. I know you wake up crying everyday living in regret. Living with stress and depression and anxiety stuck in the could have should have would have. I know you didnt mean to fall apart. I know you lost yourself. I know you feel like you let yourself and your family down. I know you have changed jobs and houses 4 times in the past 6 years. I know you have lost so much material stuff and you feel it was important to you but it was not. I know you feel like your at the end of the road. Im so very sorry but its time.
