If you are a beginner to meditation, this CD will walk you through all the steps of relaxing and breathing as well as sending out the positive thoughts of love and kindness that will be returned to you. We have several CD's, but this one is a favorite that we choose most often.

Kishpu i won't insult you.. but changing the way of our thinking is the first step to succeed you misunderstood the concept of loa even law of atraction has the word action for some reason i m talking in my experience if i didn't do meditation and playing affirmations i would commit suicide.. and i am thankful that i understood the real concept of medditation because i had the same way of thinking as you in the past.. so don't say things you don't understand.. we have to play our goals in our subconscious mind then take actions and manifest them in the physical world like Albert Einstein used to do.. he even has a quote saying we have created our world by our thinking if we want to change our world we have to change our thoughts.. please don't act like a kiddo and know what you're talking about, peace be upon you :)

Kishpu this is part of what you do in order to succeed. Nobody said anything about simply doing affirmations and sitting back, waiting for a miracle to happen. It just aids in manifesting our desires for when we DO take action. It’s part of the journey. Rather than spreading negativity everywhere, change your mindset and perception on things - you might surprise yourself.
