Explaining the actual meaning of those so called “mistakes”. 1:24 False text! This does not exist in the Quran 👇 “Of all living things we created a mate”❌ The correct text is: “of all things we created a pair” ✅ This clearly does not talk about living creatures. It talks about literally all things. As it states above “Of ALL THINGS we created a pair”. This is Ying and Yang concept. The concept of opposites are two faces of the same coin. Such as night vs day… etc. Male vs Female happened to be one of those things. But it is not THE ONLY thing. It literally means everything in existence has a counterpart. Love vs hate. Etc. Nothing in reality exists without it having an opposite counterpart. You can’t have the number 1 without having -1 in existence. Combine them and they vanish out of reality. “Created everything in pairs” You can’t feel happiness if there is no sadness. These two make each other exist. Without one, you can’t have the other. It does not talk about sexual partners! Obviously, if you read the actual official translation. Not this fake translation.

Great video! Unfortunately most muslims probably won't even watch it carefully and take it seriously. Most religious people intuitively realise how dangerous such ideas are for them, so they avoid them even if those ideas are correct. Few people put truth over their well-being. Which is why so many people accept bad ideas simply because their community believes in those bad ideas. Large groups can therefore become safe places for bad ideas to survive. And they don't survive because the ideas make sense. They survive, because noone dares to upset the group. It can be dangerous to upset your group. That's why people like you should be admired. It took a lot of courage and intellectual honesty to do what you did. Most people seem to lack such honesty and courage.

I've argued with Muslims about the stars shooting demons verse and try to tell me that science confirms this fact by stating it's referring to solar flares, or gamma ray bursts, or some other random thing. It's hard to debate with someone that delusional

I'm a non-Muslim and a scientist. Some of these refutations are good some are quite bad (e.g. you can get natural phenomena where large bodies of saltwater and freshwater do not mix properly)

In India even though cow is worshipped no one directly drinks raw cow milk. We always boil the milk before drinking , also we take out the cream that forms after the boiled milk cools to make butter which is also later heated to make Ghee. And Ghee is considered pure enough to be served to the gods as fuel for the diyas (little lamps with cotton as the wick). Milk is also used to bathe Lord Shiva. Long ago people used to bring their own cow's milk to the Shiv Temple but nowadays it's a fad cuz people use processed and package milk.

I am an atheist but a lot of the arguments mentioned here can be easily refuted. For instance, there is the problem of language being prone to interpretation and so I can alter the meaning of a verse to fit my reality but this does raise the question of maybe this so-called god intended the best interpretations. For instance, "he made the sun a shining light and the moon a light". Realize that he did not state whether or not the moon itself was a source of light and you can argue that since he said the sun was a "shining" light and the moon just a light this author or lets say God understands the distinction and the bottom line was just that both sources emit light whether it be through reflection or being the source itself and the fact that he didn't say shining light twice to describe both means that he understands the distinction. imo your videos would be more convincing if you provide a more impartial and balanced discussion.

I generally agree with everything you say but one thing I’d like to point out is that there is such a thing called a halocline that separates water with high salinity from water with low salinity so it’s not entirely inaccurate. However the halocline is vertical (ie parallel to the water surface) not horizontal as depicted in the picture you showed

Living in 21st century, I can surely say that extinction of religions isn't very far, in next 50 years you'll see most of the people will either be non religious or non practicing. Keep in mind, I'm not talking specifically about Islam.

In 1:22 "And of all things we created in pair" It is another translation of the verse So we can't consider directly that it refers mate And bisexual organism also need a partner for reproduction Amitotic organisms divided and born in pair, even bacteria also need a partner for sexual reproduction (conjugation, transformation etc) So as limitations of our knowledge we don't know what it refers

Who is this guy? A scientist? A famous scientist? I’ve never heard his name. If he’s not a famous or great scientist, why does he seem know about science? He is not even a doctor or what so ever. It is mentioned in surat Maarij, chapter 70, verse 4 in the Holy Quran what means "The angles and the spirit will ascend to Him during a day the extent of which is fifty thousand years". It means that the distance between the earth and the Siderat Al Muntaha is 50000 years in the reference frame based on the earth or 1 day in the reference frame based on the Siderat Al Muntaha. To calculate the distance between the earth and the Siderat Al Muntaha, one has to assume two things: 1) A year as mentioned in this noble verse refers to a period in the fabric space-time between the earth and the Siderat Al Muntaha; 2) The angles and spirit travel at the speed of light from the earth to Siderat Al Muntaha. The first assumption allows us to choose the wavelength of the so-called primordial gravitational waves reprinted in the cosmic microwave background radiation as a period in the fabric space-time, and the second assumption allows us to convert the distance given in light-years to the distance in meters. It is important to note that the distance between the earth and the Siderat Al Muntaha is 50 Billion years in this context. Following this approach, one can calculate the distance between the earth and the Siderat Al Muntaha as follows: d = 50000 in years d = 50000 × lambda in light-years d = 50000 × 10^6 × (12 × 30 × 24 × 60 × 60 × 3 × 10^8) in meters d = 4.665 × 10^26 meters Where 1 lambda (CMBR) = 1 Million light-years as the astronomical unit or as 1 period in the fabric space-time between the earth and the Siderat Al Muntaha and 1 light-year = 1-year × c = 12 × 30 × 24 × 60 × 60 × 3 × 10^8 in meters as the distance traveled by the light during 1 year (1 revolution of the earth around the sun). Allah Akhebare to my surprise I find this value of the distance between the earth and the Siderat Al Muntaha is in perfect agreement with the value of the radius of the universe as expected by the cosmologists. This coincidence is because the Holy Quran is a book from Allah and the Noble Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) is the last messenger of Allah. But only Allah knows best. One of the saddest things to me about history is when you'll learn more about a country or people through another's history. You can look up some small country maybe 3000 or 15 hundred years ago and get info on their king and religion. But if you look into their more popular neighbor's or empire's history, they talk about trading relations, routes, language barriers, knowledge, relations and so on. But if you look into that small country alone they don't bring any of this up, even if you specifically look up their country's relation to that neighbor or religion. They'll just say: There were some muslims in this country or that their neighbor was muslim. But nothing about their shared stories or how their people saw each other.

Hello there, this comment has nothing to do with this video. I have a question. I have been studying the Islamic texts for quite sometime and the psychology of Muslims. I have recently met a family of Muslim background. They seemed good people, however something curious and to me deeply backward and misogynistic happened when I was invited to their home for lunch. My husband, my son and I went to their home. Immediately I was asked to go to a seperate room to have lunch with the wife, and my husband went to another area to eat lunch with the other men. I was asked to stay there; separated from my husband and son. To be honest, I was about to leave, but then I stayed with the woman and respectfully asked a few questions. I asked her, is this part of Islamic culture? She said yes. Then I asked, do you like it? is it ok with you, you get separated and I get separated from my husband to eat? She replied with a sad face “ I would rather not saying anything”. I detected fear; but maybe I was mistaken. I could see tough she was very unhappy I know you were a Muslim, and I do not mean dispespect, but I found this to be repulsive and deeply misogynistic among other things I learned about the quran. I was shocked to find out that in Islam men are allowed to beat their wives. In my studies I found many obscene things Islam. Anyway, I am sure there are some Muslims that do not segragate based on gender. But this segragation of men and women , where does it come from in the Islamic texts?
