Did this workout few days in a row - feel really good! I'm trying different workouts each day and I can say i loved Mizis workouts for the same reason as many - they are perfect for bwginners as they are doable and do not demotivate with too challenging extensive squats or lunges or burpees...after few weeks of start i feel more toned and energetic, as well as in better mood. day 1 - a little hard, did 15 minutes break on 20:00 minute but feel satisfaction day 2 - a little more harder, didnt made a break and I already see changes :D

한동안 홈트와 멀어져 살았는데, 오랜만에 오니 미지님!!! 118만 구독자라니🎉 제가 다 기쁘네여❤❤❤ 역시 홈트는 결국 돌고돌아 미지님이에여… 누웠다 앉았다 섰다 귀찮지도 않고, 반복되는 동작도 없고 ㅠ 엄청 고강도는 아니지만 꽤 땀도 나고!!! 그래서 매일 매일 어렵지 않게 꾸준히 할 수 있어서 좋아요😊 미지님 노래도 출퇴근길에 꾸준히 듣고 다닌답니다😍
