It was a great class. Very relaxing. Thank you Melissa! But I wish you would still end your classes with guiding us back to seated and bowing namaste. I usually make playlists of yoga videos I want to watch and if you just leave us laying there in savasana the next video starts before I even notice and startles me :)

That was a great sequence! I really enjoyed it, great way to end the weekend and transition into a new week. I am a restorative yoga teacher as well. It is nice to find other restorative teachers. Namaste!

What a perfect class for me this week. The restorative cat cow at the beginning was just what my body and mind needed. The loud ad at the end made me jump though! Always grateful for your generosity Melissa.

I loved this class! I was a bit startled when it ended abruptly (still in the pose) and there was a very loud ad out of nowhere. But other than that, very calming. Great pose length :)

One of your most effective to the point making sense videos ever; we allow 20% of our body IE. The mind to effect 80% of the body and dictate how it moves how it functions...vagus nerve repleted must always be filled to complete me ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I loved this class, but hated not having a close out. It was jarring to be in a relaxed space and then have RU-vid go to an advertisement.
