Last week I made Pilates for 30 min, this week 45 min. I feel much better and lost 2 kg (-3 cm waist). I also has changed my nutrition. Thank you for your workouts, I really feel good❤

This is nice but too long for me , I can only do 15-20 maybe 30 mins but that’s rarely with my perimenopause & osteoarthritis it’s hard & my knees been sore lately so like knee bends & hover planks is impossible, I do what my body wants & I don’t push myself anymore so I will look for a shorter one or split this & do what I can, life is very hectic now, my autistic daughter will be 13 sat the 10th & she’s been destructive lately n now the 7 th is kids last day of school so I’m really gonna be burnt out so I won’t have much time for workout as she is up early & making messes in her room, so life is very tough for me , but I need to be strong & do what I can to take care of me so I’m there to take care of her, thanks🥰❤❤❤
