quick question- does my body go out of shape if I don't do these workouts continuously? Sometimes I take a day or two off when my body aches too much. So I kinda do these workouts on and off. Is it okay?

I'm glad to hear you listen to your body and take a rest when it needed. It is recommended to workout at least 3-4 times a week to maintaining strength and mobility and to feel good. I hope it helps x
