What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga focuses on holding passive poses for extended periods (3-5 minutes) to target the connective tissues that surround our muscles and joints. Unlike active yoga styles, Yin Yoga doesn't involve strenuous movement. Instead, it gently stresses these deeper tissues promoting flexibility, improved joints and joints health, and increased range of motion.

Hello from Oregon! 🌲🌞Beautiful sunny day here. Thank you so much for this wonderful Yin Yoga today! It was a little challenging doing the half frog, but I did it! I feel so relax and calm.🙏
