Kaleigh, I have the Peloton bike and the membership but I've been doing my spin workout on your videos. I just feel that most of those Peloton spin instructors are just "actors and actresses" (if you don't believe me, go see one of their classes...terrible) I don't even know if they are actually doing the workout with me. Yes, I guess I'm basically paying to listen and watch their uninspiring spin classes... ;-( Keep up the great classes!

Kaleigh!! I did it!! I hit a milestone birthday this month and decided I needed to get healthier. It's time. Bought myself my first indoor cycling bike as encouragement. I've been working on your beginner videos for two weeks and decided I was ready for a challenge. Oh boy was this it! 😂❤️ I'm so proud of myself for continuing but I really have YOU to thank for that. If you didn't encourage and share your enthusiasm I don't think I would've finished the entire workout (and stretching!) Thank you for helping me get stronger and healthier! I was searching for an indoor cycling workout that i can follow when i stumbled across your channel. I tried this workout just now and WOW! That was an amazing one! It's science-based and gave me the same feeling in the Les Mills RPM classes i used to attend at the gym before the quarantine. Thank you for this ! I will come back for more of your indoor cycling sessions soon.
I'm so glad I found you- just bummed that I hadn't done it sooner! The cycling classes I've been taking at home on gym apps and elsewhere just don't cut it. You're so engaging and fun and a definite butt-kicker (and the lights and graphics are a nice touch too!). I didn't feel bored for a second and never felt the need for distraction like I usually during recorded classes. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Can't wait for ride #2!

Kaleigh, my bf bought me a bike on March 31, 201, I literally typed indoor cycling for begginners on April 1, 2021 and you video for begginners popped up, I subscribed immediately after that first video, I even made it to the live work out last Saturday April 4, 201, amaaazing!!! I love the pre and post workouts, the stretches etc, today is April 6, 2021 and every morning since then I have been cycling with you. This was a great workout! I started 3 months ago with the 20 minute beginner class and never did a spin workout before! Now I am doing workouts like this one for 45 minutes! Thank You for helping me improve my fitness level! Thank You for helping us all improve our fitness level and decrease our stress! You really give fantastic workouts every single time.

Meant to comment yesterday but was too busy. Had a hectic week and didn't have time for a spin from Tuesday through to Friday, so tried to compensate with these 2 45 minute classes back to back. Certainly felt the burn and so loved the work you put me through. Can't say how much I missed this during the week. So glad I did these. That makes 38 and 39 of my 50 challenge. Starting to think I may just do every one of your spinning sessions as they are all so good. Love your work. Keep it up! 😍😍😍. Now for my next session with #39!
OMG, this is a phenomenal ride! If you think sprints and hills are enough, no way...tap backs, freezes and jumps will tell you "games on!" Loved it Kaleigh!!

New to spin bike after my old upright finally gave in and loving all the free sessions in RU-vid. Just done this one and despite not having numbers to gauge resistance, thought I made a decent interpretation of your instructions and have a good sweat on to prove it. Excellent workout.
Girl! I've been doing only 25 min for 2 days ..I gotta stop right before the 2 climb, and boy are they better than hiit spinning I was doing!! I'm hoping by the 2 nd week I can increase it to 30 min and so on!! Hoping I lose my cellulite on legs and belly fat!! Thank you!

I usually do my cycling workout with you in the morning but had to switch to afternoon today. So by then I was "Waaa! Waaa! Do I have to?!!! Waaaa!" I've been doing all kinds of spin & cycling classes from various sources for almost a year now and can usually complete them while being challenged. Stumbled on you channel a couple days ago and found it to be a welcomed shock to the body. But this work out... was the first time I was pushed so hard that I'm completely soaked and riding that fine line of a charlie horse in my calf! Definitely subbing and adding to the top of the list! Now to figure out how to get upstairs :)
I've only been cycling 2 weeks and yesterday really wanted to push myself so tried this 🥵 loved it. I did have to lower the resistance and wasn't able to finish the standing but can't wait to do again till I'm able to complete it properly 🥳😂 my family have seen how my confidence has gone up since starting so thank you for your videos 🥰
