wow this one was BRUTAL. those freeze and holds got me questioning what pain really is but you always make it so worth it at the end. i really feel a sense of community riding with you guys ❤️❤️

I agree, found that to be a tough one and I’ve been following the program but got r done and proud of myself especially as I recover from my stroke and left side paralysis 😝
Really loved this ride! Highlights: 1) Duration: 45 minutes is the perfect length in my opinion; 2) Circuit format: I find this format really helps me pace/push myself; 3) Playlist: I've never really focused on the music but really liked all the songs in this set Thanks Kayleigh and Jason (PS - I've heard "Larry" a few times but not in on the joke yet, but I'll find it one day!)
It's hard to say which one of your rides are my favorite every time I do one I feel like it's my favorite lol but this one definitely a fave I'll be doing everyday this week😊

I was exhausted by the time I finished with the live ride today! However you are not going to feel top shelf every training day….but you keep going! Great work to all Kaleigh’s Butt Kicking Crew. Champions don’t quit! 💪🏼
My bike resistance broke midway :/ My husband tried to fix it but it didn’t work. Going to save for the magnetic resistance. On the bright side I will be doing your strength training videos till then (: 😅
KC as much as I enjoyed the workout, I’m debating weather I’ll do this one again due to a couple of songs you had in the workout- I’m legion and tic toc. They were too dark and hellish for me maybe you can have a warning on your workouts that contain evil songs- for those of us that thoroughly love you but don’t agree with that type of music?
