This was a mentally challenging workout for me this morning. I definitely went lighter weights to get myself through, but I'm glad I finished it. Thank you!

Loved this! My arms want to fall off after that. I love your workouts so much, I've been doing them daily for about 6 months now and am really seeing results! Thank you for posting everything you do! I'd love to see more 30 min full body dumbbell workouts if you're taking requests! They are perfect for my lunch break and easy to fit in when minimal equipment is required :)

This was TOUGH! Those pulses, yeowch!!! I had to make most of these a drop set! But great workout, really fatigued the muscles! Doing the accompanying lower body to this tomorrow, wish me luck, lol😅
