Wow, definitely going to have a love/hate relationship with this new format if you keep using it. My three year old came over to try to sit on me during hip thrusts as usual but abandoned ship when he realized how sweaty I was. Saving on my favorites list!
🤣🤣🤣🤣 omg my little ones have done the exact same thing to me! Yep, just trying to switch up the format a little to keep it fun and fresh! This one was super challenging. I’ll have to do an upper body and core to match but then I may retire it lol
Oh my gosh this was a burner!!! Legs were trembling my the end. My 6 year old daughter joined me for part of this workout and said “oh good! Looks like Ms Larie’s wrist is getting all the way healed!!” So we hope youve gotten full mobility and strength back 💕

Hot damn this was killer just like the accompanying upper body! Those pulses! I had to just do body weight on all the pulses but hey, room for improvement right? I did bw on the hip thrusts too so I’m glad that you did as well, I didn’t feel so bad for having to drop all weight lol 😅
