Really enjoyable and sweaty workout ! I like everything in it : the 45mn, the trisets (with descending timer, please don't do ascending reps!), the banded warmup, notes display on the screen, and the countdown timer so my family knows at a glance when it will be over. I can't talk while working out !!!
Love this. I needed a bit of an extra leg/glute kick in the butt today (literally) and this did the trick - although I did groan outloud when the Bulgarian Squats made an appearance
Lovely workout as always Larie. I love how all the angles of the glutes were targeted in this workout. I hope there's a similar workout, but for the upper body wherein all upper body muscle groups are targeted ❤️

This workout rocked! Thank you Larie, this really targeted the glutes, mine were on fire! 🔥🍑 Of course, the added bonus was an elevated HR, and the other parts of the lower body got to join the party, too 😁
