In today’s workout we will work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds. The training variables we are focusing on today are strength and time under tension so let's really push ourselves to move heavy weights and do it with the full control of the entire movement in mind. Work hard and push yourself today, let’s do it!

Yay 45 minutes - fav. video length! For whatever reason, leg-specific workouts are not something I ever look forward to. Despite that I always power through, feel great afterwards, love the result of having strong legs, and reap the benefits. I love that Sydney's channel always programs in a variety of workouts, keeping things fresh and ensuring full body attention. This workout does NOT disappoint. Thanks!

So in every leg workout I say that it’s the hardest I have ever done, but Sydney comes next Wednesday to cancel it with a harder one 😅 Today was amazing I really felt connected to every movement Don’t miss it Happy Wednesday everyone 💪🇬🇷🥳

So glad to see deficit lunges again, it's been a minute! The 45min leg workouts in this program were absolute 🔥 definitely repeating these when I need a good burn!

Good afternoon Sydney and company. As a friend of mine was being hard on herself after yoga class this morning, I taught her Sydney's phrase - "I am getting better at..." She liked that expression and promised to use it moving forward. Loved the workout, even though I am really shaking right now. I did find the 'Inner Thigh lifts Right, Clam shell right' very challenging, but as Sydney tells us to say, "I am getting better at Inner Thigh lifts Right, Clam shell right!" Have a great "Oh Wow Wednesday" everyone!

good morning phew that was a tough one for me today but I got it done - if anyone was watching me today they would have probably laughed at me - lost my balance a few times and fell oops - oh well all is good - I finished this Happy Wednesday all

I loved this workout and love how the channel has evolved into 5 days per week with 30-45 minute workouts. I could not keep up when the workouts were an hour or six days a week. Now, I’ve been able to stay consistent and complete all workouts posted for the past 2 months. Just yesterday, someone asked if I still went to the gym and I said I go to my home gym in my living room. Thank you Sydney and Dustin!

That deficit reverse lunge set was killer, in the best way! It was just the right amount of challenge that I could fight through it, versus modify the move. 🎉

Really loved the feeling I got from the deficit lunges, even though it was probably the hardest, sweatier round for me. But I appreciated being able to focus on pushing from my glute side to try and strengthen that side, which I need. 😊 Thanks so much!

Ok so im normally not a fan of leg day...but i really enjoyed this one 😊 Would love to see those step ups with kickbacks more often....really challenged my balance 👌 Enjoyed the combination of compound moves with accessory burnout moves 🔥🍑
