I can't dress baddie even though I want to but after the description here and as someone who is an eighth Armenian that has been trying to avoid getting compared to the Kardashians as is, I don't need compared any more. I would do something like Dollcore but after 2015 I'm still terrified of doing anything Japanese inspired
The comparison to the Kardashians could be avoided easier if I didn't have an Armenian last name that everyone wants to know where it's from and being the honest person I am I tell them... I can see as a non binary assigned female at birth how the "tomboy" aesthetic can work for my more masculine moments but I have my feminine moments as well and I am probably going to look at alternative styles from the 2000s or 2010s at this point because they are easier for me

Great Video! The only thing is that the Goth part for the outfits is not accurate at all. Those outfits are E-girl and 2020 Alt. Please note that Goth is also a music genre, so the musicians and songs have also influenced that part of the culture.

I really like cottagecore and bohemian clothing, but that's probably because I live in a culture that LOVES flower prints. It's also probably because they're modest and I only really wear modest clothing.
Mine is a varied combination of soft girl, art hoe, country, goblin core, fairy core, vintage, indie, Korean, vintage academia and tomboy. Yeah I know it’s a lot but I love trying new styles all the time 😅
Istg I'm cottagecore/preppy/alternative/grunge/indie in one. That's just for style though. I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out my aesthetic because on one hand I want to be a bit basic but on the other hand I love doing over the top outfits.
i mean its okay to want to be basic at times but i think you could dress to any of those depending on how you feel or the weather...either way so long as you're beautiful ❤️

I have a hybrid of vsco girl and vintage and normcore with baddie and clean girl aesthetic and grunge elements🙂sometimes I'm more grunge and clean girl and normcore and sometimes I'm more vsco and and clean girl and vintage and normcore and baddie is a small element that's usually in it a bit🙂depends on what I wear and my individual style that day🙂so I'm mainly mood based aesthetic🙂

There's no need to "decide on" something in specific! A lot of people have a more eclectic wardrobe that flows between multiple styles and aesthetics. Embracing your variety of personal preferences is what gives you your unique style "signature" and sets you apart!
I have a lot of respect for you coming up with all these types and categories and outfits. This was definetely time consuming. Sadly, there wasn't much inspiration for me in there. I like the ideas of Fairy or space, but the outfits were just not it. I only liked the Anime shirts, but don't know enough Anime, so I would be scared to buy one with a series I don't know / wouldn't like on top.
I do loves the aesthetics but then people got to understand that Korean is not an aesthetic it is a race and a culture and what they wear is just a style that other people do wear.
This is a well made video with a lot of effort put into it, but I do wish it wasn't so obvious that you hate some of these aesthetics! Your descriptions sometimes make it clear that you think some of these aesthetics are "basic," "entitled," or too popular.
I don't understand the difference between boujee, glam girl and baddie...still an awesome video. my aesthetics are soft girl, coquette/dollette,kawaii and a bit of Y2K!
