More amps is more boost. To take more speed, you need more volts. Or, just svitch motor phases from star to triangle. It is like gearbox. You lost some boost, but get some extra speed.

now you need to add rubber foam/gasket to floor plate... why no power meter?

So the boost controller is what determines how much power is sent to the hub? Is the hub you got the same on all the city coco's its just the controller they are changing? I'm interested in some hill climbs! Thanks man :-)

I bought ohe of these chinnese 2000w ESC and put on my 1000w hub motor citycoco and hear that shitty noise. The worst backdraw was the scootter runs less at top speed..... from 42km/h to 37km/hr. i returned to the original ESC. But i will try another thing soon...

Ese sonido se debe a mala sincronizacion con el controlador. Yo he probado controladores sinewave, pero no funcionan bien con el motor 1500w, al parecer funcionan mejor con controladores no sinewave. En cualquier caso para aumentar potencia y velocidad se debe mejorar la batería, de la de serie nunca se suele sacar mas de 2000w instantáneos. ¿Donde están los 4500w? No aparece velocidad, consumo, no das ninguna explicación, que clase de video es este? Solo se ve un motor mal sincronizado y similares prestaciones a cualquier otra citycoco común, no nos hagas perder el tiempo.
