I had a 42 vertical on one leg and 38 both legs when i was 22. Both are not standing jumps though. By the time i was 24, i started to have lower back pain and eventually herniated disc. Im amaze at how fit and durable these dunkers are. It takes a lot of power to generate the explosiveness in each jump. Once you hurt your back, your explosiveness goes down by 30%. And it never get back to its peak level.
