Already 10 TRILLION times better than this year's dunk contest. Jordan is not only one of the best dunkers ever, but his leaping ability is other worldly as well. Incredible athlete
@@omgwhythoyus554 welll....the 2016 NBA dunk contest was pretty good.... We need both...so the NBA players don't start cringing out NFT necklaces...and actually try to dunk...cause if they dont this guy will...
@@sirsatire7802, you can lmao all you want. The reality is that it’s professional sports and the players are paid to put the ball in the hoop. Being flashy and doing unneeded movements risks missed baskets and potential injury. I bet the owners of the teams sweat every all star weekend when players are hanging from their elbows or landing awkwardly because they put two balls through their legs. At the end of the day, the dunk contest has nothing to do with basketball and I really don’t get why people find it exciting. Giant athletic men that have no problem reaching the height of the rim, putting a ball in an empty net. BFD!
There needs to be a new word created to describe Jordan's ability.. skills.. athleticism.. Even those words are weak talking about Jordan. He's absolutely phenomenal 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Technical he jumped over the entire length of the car also if you pay attention to wear he took off from and where he landed he went the whole length of the car
wow just seeing this now in 2023! I think his trademark is that reverse side dunk behind his arm, not even sure how to describe that. And that is without looking, amazing! One of a kind!
He is a prodigy. Creating his own UNIQUE dunks even though their complexity is Unreal. People like him always push the sport to the limits. Great athlete and very humble. unique combination.
Did u just use the words dunk and complexity in one sentence? Dude, he's putting a ball in a hoop, without any opponents, minimum amount of obstacles (if any) and as much time as he wants. It's absolutely ridiculous to celebrate this like he hit a hole in one in golf or something
@@joshgrindstaff1436 only thing that stops me is the one that can stop anyone else - I'm not tall enough. This dude is 1,85m, which is probably the bottom end of the necessary height-range. Lower the hoop and I'll do every dunk he did, it's not magic. If you're so convinced of this "sport", feel free to name one necessary skill besides jumping and twiddling the ball around
@@joshgrindstaff1436 I know it looks cool. I get why people enjoy watching it. It's just that there's zero to no skill necessary if you can jump high enough.
@@thad1296 doubt you can do creative dunks like that even if they lowered the hoop. Sounds like you've never played basketball or even sports in general.
@@MajinBuusni no just from living there. There is a bit of a delay between American culture and French culture. I notice this in RU-vid culture especially. A lot of shit is just ripped off from American trends. Like fake Pranks were popular in France in 2017-18 when that shit died in 2015 in the us.
Came here after this year's dunk contest. Jordan has been always nr1 dunker for me and i wish he had a chance to show these skills in nba dunk contest... I mean in contest not only in a timeout break...
Yeah.... Uh I'm 6'4" and 350lbs... This statement is false for me, but if you need an old refrigerator moved, I've been doing that since I hit puberty.
*"Your story is truly inspiring! The way you overcame challenges and achieved success is a testament to the power of resilience and determination. Thank you for sharing your journey!"*
Dude I been saying for years now that the NBA should gather these guys up that do this and have them compete in the dunk contest because the NBA dunk contests have become very stale over the years and really havnt been great since prob the Vince Carter days or maybe little after. Around the late 2000s for sure. These guys would put a whole new fresh coat of paint on it and make it a must see thing again like it was in the 80s, 90s and early 2000s.
@@tomkee4479 yea the 2000 vince Carter dunk contest goes down in history as one of the best but the best contest since???? you missed the Aaron Gordon Zach Lavine dunk contest year?😯🤔🤔
@@shingekinokfc8926 I'm not agreeing with the guy...I'm just saying what it could possibly be.. also I don't claim to be a professional dunker.... They do and their performance was lackluster.
@@TheYrgen pretty sure I'm being trolled here but just in case. I would have taken a great pleasure comenting the exact same thing if the guy was Asian, white, brown, whatever the fuck. How is correcting someone on a wrong choice of word considered racist? If you see racism in that kind of situation man you're just twisted and you're the one according to much importance the the colour of someone's skin.
❤️❤️❤️ seeing this vid!💯👍🏾😎 Dr.J...Shaq...Kenny...they showed their R-E-S-P-E-C-T!💯👍🏾❤️ It was written ALL over their facial expressions!👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 And DEFINITELY no 'booing'...AT ALL...from the crowd.❤️❤️❤️ God bless!
