I had hoped to be able to see LMS Rebuilt 7P 46100 Royal Scot both arriving at and departing from Ely with a Steam Dreams charter from Colchester to Barrow Hill but, unfortunately, the odds were not in my favour. The train was running 15-20 minutes late by the time it got to Ely, meaning that I had to miss the departure as I had to get a train to work.
46100 was showing off its 3-cylinder beat well as it approached the station so I thought this short clip was still worth uploading, for the audio more than anything else. A tall fence meant I decided to go for a 'going away' shot.
