Can anyone remember years ago to add 50bhp plus in a hatchback you had to have the chassis seam welded and the works? Now 480bhp and hatchbacks dont even break a sweat! 🤣

Idc what anyone says a stage 3 golf r is one of the best power per dollar cars out there and they are super well built too. The haldex isn’t true awd like the Quattro system tho.. haldex jumps power from front to back rapidly usin wet clutches. You can get a 7.5r stage 3 for a total of 38-43k depending on cars price. It only takes about 4.5k in mods to get it to build that kinda power.. them gen3 tsis came along way from the first gen in the 09 models. Even then the first gen tsi motors are good once you change out the faulty timing company ts. All I can say tho is them bmws got murked and that’s all that matters👍🏼💨

Ik vind dit een beetje jammer allemaal. Vroeger moest je nog echt kunnen rijden om snel te zijn. Zeker met dragracen op Assen. Nu met dsg 4-motion is elke sjap snel. Bij het circuitrijden kom je dit soort auto's ook nagenoeg niet tegen.

T speed rated tires on the Golf R? 118 mph or 190 km/h. Maybe I was reading the sidewall wrong. I doubt anyone makes T-speed rated tires in size 235/35/19. Plus they look like summer tires which normally come in W speed rated or higher.
