Agreed! People don't really understand the physical conditioning needed for this sport. Not just the technique, but the physical strength but the cardio to go with it.

I always considered tying up as a waste of time, strength and damaging to ears. Control your opponent hands and shoot for the legs at your leisure, or duck under and around back. Even when your opponent has a hold of your wrist, you can still take advantage of that. Tap-and-go is the best routine. On a leg shoot, what one doesn’t want to do is get your head between your opponent’s legs. Head down and swivel to the side and suck the leg in with both hands and driving with the legs.
Can you get any more sexist? Girls have always wanted to do this stuff like wrestling, but they weren't allowed to by sexist men who thought women belong at home in the kitchen.
Dude, athletic women have been around a LONG time. And a lot of guys prefer them over twigs. Looks have a shelf life, you should be paying attention to ability, because that lasts.
