Very nice. Well thought out interior layout. Nice big kitchen...rarely seen in most homes in Hawaii regardless of asking price or size. This architect I think was probably from the mainland. Designing this home for mainlanders moving to Maui. Only things missing (for me) was a home theatre room, wal-in wine cellar and gym. Though, I'm sure you could convert 2 guest rooms. And I suppose it was reasonably priced at 5.2M for just under 4800 sqft of living space and a "steal" with 52 acres. The privacy the owner would have. No annoying neighbours for at least 20 acres on either side? :) Could always build individual structures (e.g. custom home theatre building, 3000 sqft gym--it's own building, olympic size infinity pool...etc.) Then link them with a walkway enclosed so that there is access when it does rain. :) Wonder what kind of security this property has. Being that it is 52 acres...it's hard if not impossible to monitor. The perimeters. I'd prefer a ocean front property. :)
Love this property!! I would definitely add on a huge gym with free weights, benches and a Smith Machine. A large billiard room, and a massive target shooting complex. The music on this video was absolutely beautiful. Please tell me the artist name and how I can get a c.d. of this music. Thank you so much. This is by far, my favorite property video!!!
