We have a 1946 Farmall model M that gets used every year in our haying process, so just to let you know I did appreciate this video, although the two tractors are not exactly the same. Without looking at the records kept on the M, I believe we went through the same process around 1980 as well on the M and rebuilt it. Thanks for your time and a reminder of the work needed. Nick, North West Farmer (Oregon) P.S. Our old M is still going strong with good oil pressure and almost no visible exhaust smoke. A large difference in usage time, estimating our annual hours at possibly not more than 50 hours per annum, or 2100 engine hours (no hour meter on the tractor)

You made that look mighty easy! Guess that comes with experience. Would have likely taken me a couple days to pull the engine off.
