Another shout out about Ipswich’s performance, they’ve worked miracles both this season and last and to achieve what looks like back to back promotions is outstanding, well done them! That said, I still hope they go up via the play offs having lost to Huddersfield whilst we thrash Southampton (so that’s two miracles we need…..). ALAW.

I would have thought the idea of a squad is so if a player is injured they are rested and not be playing through the pain barrier like Rutter. We are paying fully fit players to sit on bench. Where is the reasoning in that? Anyway on a more positive note I still believe we will be in premier league next season.

I wouldn’t worry about the historical stats but we really need the influence of the more experienced players and we need to rediscover that solidity in our defence. For once, our team appears to be in good hands so I’m not concerned about a second year in the Championship if that happens.

Leicester will be facing a points deduction next season regardless of what legal threats they may make and will start their campaign with an away fixture at either Man City or Arsenal depending on who wins the title and will then be facing a points deduction and transfer embargo if they come back down. So their joy may be short lived.

forget about Leicester and Ipswich, we blew it ourselves, for whatever reason after the last international break we never looked the same side that had played so well since Christmas. Seems some Leicester players are slagging Leeds off, must be the relief they feel after seeing their 17 point lead eaten up, but they done the job and deserve to be promoted. I feel pretty good about us beating West Brom in the playoff. Not so sure about Norwich as they have got some real quality with the likes of Sara, Rowe, Sargent, Gunn, etc...but overall I'd say we have as much chance as any of the other 3 if not more. Hopefully Farke is planning to switch things up and take some chances, because we've been so predictable as of late. Now is no time to play scared

No one cares about 90 points and any other season, with this team we should have won the league. If we fail to go up the team sells players and will be hard to find similar quality to replace them, (not immpossibe). We have a manager who told us he knew what a striker was! Rutter couldn't score in a brothel, Piroe waste of money. Midfielders who can only pass sideways or backwards. and awful tactics Summerville United. We can only use the right wing when Gnonto comes on. all these things have been happening with no intervention from the manager. Subs being used at or after the 75th min. Late September after the off season we had, we all would of taken 3rd and now we have it. In saying that if Hull get 6 im worried if not we will do it.

It is madness to consider getting rid of Farke. People have short memories. He has brought stability after the turbulence of the last few years. 90 points is outstanding, particularly when you consider the age of the squad.

I don't tend to worry about stats. Without stating the obvious, they're all in the past and have zero bearing on our play-off games this season. They say going up via playoffs is the best way, but I’d rather avoid the frayed nerves😂. I believe that you finish where you deserve at end of season, so congrats to Ipswich who seem to have done it without really having the superstars.

This isn’t any other season. No promotion means failure.

Hows next season gonna any different with Farke? He will have a lesser quality squad and all other championship coaches know his tatics/system, and he dosnt rotate his squad enough? It will be a tougher season next season.

I don't know why Farke being sacked is even a subject. Even Bielsa didn't get up first try.

Absolutely agree about willy being a number 10. But disheartening to see farke will be here come what may. I think he is ultimately at fault and will have a weaker squad next season. We have a group of good young players but no real leaders. So when it came it down to it they needed a strong leader and farke is just not that. Border line negligent in game management. No plan b. Ruined the championships best striker by playing him at number 10 and then had the hubris to say he knows what he is doing. He's just awful and we will not go up with him in charge.

Just to pick you up on you thinking the Farke out stuff is crap and 90 pts etc. I’ll start by saying I’m not farke out, but I do think it’s worth actually debating as I’ve seen some very valid points made. If some says just get him gone with no valid reason then yes dismiss it but if they come with reasonable debate then it’s worth hearing out. Few points that I’ve seen that are worth at least considering. He was brought in as the man with the experience of run ins been there and done it and he’s been outdone by a relative novice in McKenna, the players will rightly be called bottle jobs but farke is the man tasked with preventing that and he’s failed to do so in the last 8 games. 2nd squad quality he’s had the 2nd highest budget in the league if people will look at Russell Martin as having failed well that puts farke in that category also 3rd style of play. You’ve said all year it lacks tempo and urgency, teams are a reflection of their managers. I understand it is an efficient methodical style but it’s allowed teams to figure out how to combat it and farke has seemingly struggled to find a way around it if the game doesn’t start how he wants it to. Meaning we score first. It has resulted us in just hoping to get it to players that are better than the league to come up with individual moments. These players will likely be gone and replaced by lesser quality, many would question if farke is wedded to this style how exactly does the team move forward next season? 4th going back to the system being too passive it has also become obvious that if a team gets in our faces Huddersfield 1st half Watford for the majority and qpr the passive mentality means we’re unable to stand up to an agreesive team. Which we’d seen before the new year also. Farke seemingly had cracked it going into the new year but we’ve regressed and he’s seemingly been caught short dealing with a physical team and a low block and seems to lack ideas to turn the tide. There are many other points I’ve seen that a discussion is worth having over both positive and negative I would love to see/have a reasoned debate on this once the playoffs are done with. Hopefully after promotion

My only worry with farke is he won't use his bench and if we are in championship next year squad players won't want to sign for 5 to 10 min a game and we will have a thin squad that will be dog tired second 1/2 of season

Yes the clubs that have our rats on loan will be peeing themselves as they can either keep the players on loan or send them back. Our big profit area for players will be big profits made from an £8m investment. Cresswell, Gelhardt, Greenwood, Summerville, Gnonto. We will also get compensation for Shackelton, Poveda, Bate, Drameh and any of the kids we move on

I think we sell Summerville to Liverpool and get Cooper, Dallas and Aylings sizeable wages off the bill if we stay down and I think we don't need to sell anyone else especially if we get a couple of the loan turncoats off the books permanently too and we should be ok. Gnonto moves to the left wing and James comes back in on the right.

Leeds aren't the first team to hit 90 points and not go up. Sheffield United hit 90 points in circa 2011/12 and not only didn't get automatic promotion, didn't win the play off either.
