Since I have no video to look at but I WILL say My Rookie Steals for This Season will be Cowing and Mustapha... The only Rookie I feel that might be on the outside looking in is maybe Kingston... but again withour looking at footage cant give a winner but looking forward to seeing them in the preseason

What I like about NS Is he's not as arrogant as the last coordinator he can't do any worse that's for sure that's what Shanahan wants he wants someone that cooperates and works with the systems and instead of someone who wants to do it his way

Thanks Chase...I think the DBs as a group are most impressive. It does me good to hear a lot of chatter about the secondary guys as a unit. We need them to step up this year. If they can hold cover that gives Bosa, Floyd and Hargrave more time to get the sacks. I'm talking just seconds longer in better coverage.

What about Cody Schrader? Any time a UDFA shows any potential of actually making the team, its a win because absolutely nothing is promised to them, and the team losses nothing if they cut them. I'm hoping against hope he could replace Elijah Mitchell. I love Mitchell, but he's never available.

No one should care what Sorensens responses to you or the media are. I only care how the defense performs and how the players respond to him. Now he could be a total failure as a Defensive coordinator, but I’m sure Lynch and Shanahan know what they are doing

I agree. It is what he does with the defense that will make the difference! Last year the 49ers defense did not look great against Green Bay or Detroit. Dre Greenlaw saved the game against the Packers and the defense got better as the game went on against Detroit.

Ricky Pearsall may not have been impressive to some of these commentators but the reason the 49ers drafted him because he's a perfect fit for what Purdy does and 31 in the first round is pretty much a second round pick anyway
