Yes girl‼️‼️ finally a true 4c not afraid to use a lot of moisturizing products. I realized I needed a lot of product some time ago. Not chasing a curl pattern I can’t achieve but because it’s the level of moisture 4c hair needs. We are a hair type like no other. ❤️❤️

Exactly, people shame you for chasing a curly pattern as a 4c girl when our hair has a curl pattern like everyone else, we just need ALOT of moisture, I feel like we don't moisturize enough especially if your high porosity 4c

Nice!❤ I tried my own version of a Cholesterol treatment using the Queen Helene brand and mix it with an avocado mask treatment and aloe vera as well. Then I put some oils and essential oils. It has made a difference in my hair, less shedding and breakage. My hair felt stronger and more manageable. This is an extra step I will have to continue on my wash days. P.S.- Can you make a video of how to stretch 4c hair properly? P.S.S- Thanks for the book recommendation! I will look into it.😘❤😍

Y'all better listen to her and stop sleeping on these cheap cholesterols! She is not lying they fortify your hair for heat usage or whatever. They will blow these $30 deep conditioners out of the water. Once you find the one your hair likes it's a game changer. Use it as a prepoo if you feel it's too heavy to use after shampooing and it still works! My favored brand is Queen Helene. It has my usually dry 4b hair SUPER soft, moisturized and melts the tangles away. My hair did a complete 180 after using cholesterol and Creme of Nature detangling shampoo (not the Argan oil one).

I do my wash day every two weeks so could I do this every other wash day ... like one wash day I use a regular deep conditioner and next wash day I do this and just alternate them? Or is it okay to do this after or before a deep conditioner

I just cut my hair recently (1st july) this time i decided i will grow it perfectly and it will work and i have given my self 6 months for a total change. Now i come across you but there are lots of things i have come across i don't really want to feel overwhelmed. Already from this one you said cholesterol is good cause you use heat. Does that mean if you don't use heat its not necessary. Also will like to know the mixture of aloe vera and oil the liquid that u used is it just water. Awww I love that for you! I suppose it depends on how your hair reacts. I personally couldn't use it weekly, because I don't like to wash my hair weekly. But if you're normally a weekly washer, I don't see why not.

Cholesterol is a lipo-protein. It's part lipid (fatty acid) and part protein. So yes, it's high in protein.

The Cholesterol treatments sold in these jars aren't high in protein at all. They're meant to be used as deep moisture treatments and have minimal amounts of protein. If you need a protein treatment I would opt for ORS Hair Mayonaise or the ApHogee 2 -minute treatment.
