Made this today and it was sooo good! We regularly eat at 4Fingers and could easily spend $40 for our family of 5. My kids said this is even better than 4Fingers! Lol. Bye bye 4Fingers. I will definitely make this again and again. Thank you for the easy yet delicious recipe.

My daughter used to like 4fingers so much. I used to used this recipe. Yesterday I was not too well to cook. Thus I bought the 4fingers chicken n I just notice that definitely this recipe taste much better than the much more expensive 4fingers.so don't hesitate to try

Ive been using This recipe for almost a year or 2 and i can say this is the closest recipe that taste so much like 4 fingers chicken, i just adjust -1 tbsp of soy sauce for my preferred taste. Thank You so much. 🙂

(Chicken) 1kg chicken wing 1tbs black papper grounded 1/2tbs salt 200g cornflower (Sauce) 5 cloves garlic (chopped) 1/4 cup of light soy sauce 1 tablespoon of brown sugar 1 tablespoon chilli flake (option) 1 tablespoon vinegar 2 tablespoon of honey 1 cup of water

And made them for a repass and placed them next to white rice in a serving pan. All the juices flowed over to the rice and they were scraping the bottom for that flavorful rice. Oh and I chopped scallions and sprinkled them across the top. I made about 50 pieces.

This was super easy to make and I fried them in my t-fal pressure cooker pot on the browning button. I heated maybe a half inch to inch full of oil. No I did not pressure cook them. Everything fries good on t-fal and they were super crispy and I did not fry a second time. I made his sauce in a regular frying pan and tossed the wings in.... Super crunchy and delicious...thank you!

The soya sauce @4fingers is a specially ingredience at Pheenlark by in Malacca formulated bottles. In the kitchen we do not use salt on the meat at any cost. Yours are good served recipe from private kitchen. Thank you. - 😊

It will be better removing the sauce from the wok once it was cooked. Then toss it with fried chicken in a big bowl. When you continue the heat, the sauce will be reduced. Afterall, The last step is just to toss well without heat on.

1kg chicken.cut small pieces 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp salt Corn flour to coat the chicken, coat well *fry the chicken, make sure oil hot. Medium heat.double fry (2×fry) the chicken. Do batch by batch. Fry 12 mins.cook well and crunchy Sauce Garlic chopped Brown sugar Vinegar Honey Light soya sauce 1/4 cup water

I think after we coat with the sauce, maybe we need to bake the chicken for few minutes, within 5min to give it supercrunchy, less sticky chicken

In your other chicken recipe. U use egg white and mix the flour in the marinate.

How many miligram soy sauce for ur 1/4 cup sir? And can tell me what brand honey u used?bcause in indonesia to many kind brand of honey

Hi Noel. 1/4 cup is 65ml and the brand of honey we used is Huiji. Not sure if you can get that in Indonesia though. You can look out for pure honey. Hope this helps. Happy cooking!

Hihi. I haven’t tried kicap masin. May I know if the thickness of the sauce is similar to Chinese light soya sauce? If yes then kicap masin can be used.

Kicap masin brand tamin is Malaysia product... The soy sauce is light and not so thick.. just like water but a bit thicker than water... In Malaysia 4 finger, I like the soy sauce one because of it saltiness

+kuchinta2020 Hihi thanks so much for your support 😋😋😋 we bought the wok from a HDB hardware shop. If you're hunting for one, go for a heavy one because light wok is not as good. When we first bought this wok, we had to season the wok by hearing it and rubbing a whole piece of pork lard on the wok. Yes you can use soap after seasoning but avoid using wired cleaning 'sponge'

+kuchinta2020 just want to clarify about the soap part - some people recommend not washing the wok with soap - only water and non steel sponge but we are not very comfortable with that. Sounds very unhygienic to us so we chose to use soap to clean after cooking. If you're like us, then it's recommended to season the wok once every few months. Hope this helps

Thanks so much Irene. We wouldn’t recommend replacing cornflour with all-purpose flour because it won’t make the chicken crispy. If you can’t get hold of cornstarch, tapioca flour will also do. Happy cooking!

Hi Elsa&lisa. We usually use peanut oil because nobody in our family is allergic to peanut. But you can use other oil too. Just don’t use olive oil. Happy cooking!
