I recently ditched my traditional broadband/landline in favour of a 4G+ router.
I was fed up with only ever getting the minimum guaranteed speed and endless engineers coming round to check the line and finding nothing wrong.
I cancelled the broadband and bought a 4G+ router instead, and I've now added a 5G ready antenna into the equation, to see what's really possible, speed-wise.
This is a comparison of the router just on the windowsill, versus, the router connected to an external antenna. Signal strength, quality, SNR and broadband speed compared.
I hope the video is of some use if you're thinking of making the change to mobile internet.
Thanks for watching!
