Hi how was the customer service. Is food expensive in Ethophia airport. Are they strict with the 23kg baggage allowance. Would they allow you to go over the limit. Are they also strict with hand carry weight.
Expect to pay International prices at the airport for food and beverage They will charge if you exceed more than 23kg, one or two kgs might be okay, carry weight not really sure but it's actually okay to carry more weight. I hope this help. Thanks for subscribing ..
I have a layover of 16 hours in Addis . I don’t want to spend time in a transit hotel . Can I go out of the hotel getting a transit visa on arrival ? People say I might need a Covid test can I get that in my home country of India or should it be at BOLE
The rule changes often and I am sure they will allow you to get out of the airport. Pls call Ethiopian airline and inquire about it. Thanks for watching

This airline is a joke. I use it regularly, not by choice, but because it is the only way to get to the area that I need to work in. The service is atrocious. The cabin crew rushes to get the task complete so they can st in the galley and chat. Press the service button and one is lucky to get a response, so just walk to the galley to ask for help. The food is abysmal. Chicken, beef or fish, always cooled to gruel - and I am not a fussy eater. Awful!
