[4K, ATC] Stunning flight from Kirkbride via The Lakes and Manchester and Manchester Airport 

Flight from Kirkbride near Carlisle to Welshpool in Wales. On the way back I flew over stunning Lake District (Keswick, Windermere) then Manchester (Blackburn, Bolton, Salford, Sale, Wythenshawe) with transit just over Manchester Airport and then via Cheshire, Jodrell Bank Observatory, Sandbach and Crewe we got to Welshpool Airport.
We had nice day and the weather was brilliant for a cross country flight. Wonderful views over the Lakes and then flight with close proximity to Manchester City Centre and Manchester Airport what let me to avoid flying through the low level route this time.
