Zambia is big and open with a lot of fresh air. Investment opportunities are aplenty. With the new Dawn govt's business friendly policies, Zambia will be one of the fastest growing economies. It'll attract a lot of investors. If you have a business niche, now is the time to position yourself and stratergize before the floodgates open. The friendliness and hospitality of Zambians is second to none. Zambia is home to many internationals who have made it there home. You'll find ppl from Congo, Zimbabwe, Tanzania. Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, Rwanda, Sudan, Ethiopia, China. India, Europe, Nigeria, the list is endless. There's a joke in Zambia that foreigners are treated with more respect than fellow locals

Lusaka is like a surprising magician’s bag. We have ghettos & some nice suburbs. But our ghettos are not really all that bad. For years, our people were denied the chance to build their own houses because of the influence of socialism. Now everyone want to build & the people are building everywhere even without having the areas get serviced with tarmac roads which will be taken there after they build. Thanks for the video.

You'd think the neighbourhoods with nice houses would think to pool their money together to get tarmaced roads... they might be waiting a long time for it to get done for them.

@@britjj5126 unfortunately not there. They do that in certain places here in Victoria in the old neighbourhoods. But all new suburbs have got to have serviced road, electricity & water before building.

No only in October that's when it's summer here because we use hydro electricity when the water levels go Down we experience load shedding but many houses use solar as abackup so it doesn't really affect us

If it's hotel in royal Livingstone or avani it's right at the Victoria falls biggest water in the world and there is giraffes and zebra at the very hotel roaming around but if you meant place to stay kingsland city in Lusaka is the new place everyone is moving to

Thats the capital lies on a plateu. We have Zambezi and michinga escarpment quite notoriously hilly

Mountains not so much but we have tons and tons of hills throughout the country... Lusaka province just happens to be relatively on a flat land. The other provinces though 👌🏾
