Thank you for sharing your technique! I’ve always made hash browns from fresh potatoes but I just bought a bag of those exact potatoes and need to have them ready in about an hour. (My son and his buddies are coming for breakfast after three hours of rock climbing so I’m making a BIG breakfast!) PS-Some people worry about the silliest things. They probably never have had the love and loyalty of a great dog 🐕! (Or dogs) They’ll need to wash THEIR hands before I let them pet my 110 pound yellow Lab! ❤️🫡. Semper Fi!

You touch the dogs but I didn't see you wash your hands it look like it'll be good but you didn't wash your hands after you

I think the method was good but I recommend washing your hands after touching your dog before handling the potatoes. That grossed me out
