Space Mountain Mission 2 Launch Coaster Front ROW POV at Disneyland Paris in France! Space Mountain Mission 2 is a now-defunct Launch Coaster developed for Disneyland Paris's Discoverland. Based on the stories of Jules Verne, guests are locked into a cannon where they are launched deep into Space and accelerate past planets, asteroids, supernovas, and more! This is one of Disney's Fastest Roller Coasters in the World with 3 different types of inversions, high speeds, and G-forces! Although this attraction has been permanently replaced by Hyper Space Mountain, this POV captures the speed, energy, and thrill the original Space Mountain Mission 2 is known for!

I live in Florida and I am super impressed by this version of Space Mountain. It's colorful, more visually pleasing, the music is exciting, the theming is great, the duration is good, and I love the light tunnels. Bravo Disneyland Paris.

Dude. In all seriousness, I've been waiting for a POV this good for a long time. It's the best one I've seen so far of this ride. You see everything, the turns, the surrounding planets and even the inversions! And the audio is PERFECT. Thanks a lot for this POV, at least now people know what to expect from this ride.

I do like Hyperspace Mountain, but I miss the soundtrack of mission 2 a lot! It's a shame that the quality of the audio was very bad in the last years of Mission 2, glad you've put the soundtrack under the video manually! :)

Went on it in 2013 👍 Literally best roller coaster from my own experience! Had my dad throwing up afterwards though. It’s kinda rough for those who aren’t fans of rollercoasters, but I would definitely go on it again!

Actually, it's not really ! Apart from a train that has grainy and noisy audio, they all work perfectly. The only issue is that they sometimes end up un-synchronising with the track somehow, thus skipping the first segment of audio (from the launch to the MoM). If you want fully functionnal audio, just nicely ask a Cast Member they can reset the train's audio, and it will work just fine

this attraction is epic and it has a nice button back then its my fav souvenir badget from any attraction. although they make it good promoting the ride in the star wars way (could be kind of naboo machinery) it should be themed in the original jules verne theme with the sub walkthrough fiting in!

I went on that ride when I was 8. I did not want to go on it but I was forced to. I had my eyes closed 90% of the time, was crying my eyes out and apparently dug my nails into my mums hand. I feel like now I'm older I would enjoy it though.

I’ve been to Paris, Orlando and California, and yes, Paris has the best and most thrilling Space Mountain (but I dont like that you can see the sunlight during the launch). Orlando comes second because its more bumpy and scarier. California goes last because the queue is simply horrible and the only thrilling part is at the end of the ride

Always enjoy the videos! What was closing (like a window?) at the beginning of the launch ramp? Do parts of the tunnel randomly open and close? I searched other videos... the launch is really a big space gun? crazy.like bullet in the chamber and scope on the outside.weird. I thought Disney shied away from guns anymore. I'd still ride it!!!

thats one of the parts that cannon, another part is the whole outer shell which flies back every time a vehicle is launched (but that doesn't work anymore :/) its basically a large cannon that fires you off into space :)
