I had so much fun Building My Studebaker Rat truck. Then I got to that last 10 percent and hated it. I'm now pushing thru that because, Damn! I want to get it tagged and drive it! Lookin good Simon. Lookin forward to more.

A good trick I have learned from an old timer on and the years I have welding on truck frames is to soak shop rags but not to wet and cover ALL lines around your working area. It really helps out alot!!

We learned that we need to clean the metal before we weld it together 😂😂

Trans mount , I guess I need to go back to figure out why so high in car, But mount should of been flat with floor except where tunnel is going to be, And you had the angle in your hand, with a saw cutting 4 ,two inch pieces to install one on each side of the two inch square tubing with 4 holes and 4 bolts would have been so easy and given you so many options for removing trans if on a lift in a nice garage You never know

When did you go back to “Simon says garage?” Thought it was “ratrod garage,” but I also don’t notice stuff like that
