Alexander Rybak announces Patricia Janečková with the Janáček Philharmonic Filharmonie in "GONG" Ostrava, Czech Republic. Meine Lippen, Sie Kuessen So Heiss. Conductor Heiko Mathias Förster. 4-10-2017
It has been some time since last I heard Patricia. Her voice has become stronger and more uniform throughout her range. She was sixteen at that time and though there were no close-ups this time, I am tempted to say that she has become more adult and serious. I have to admit, I liked the old/young Patricia with that beaming smile at the end of a performance a lot better. Well, time (growing up) waits for no-one.
Patricia is very focused and works hard for her success . But she is having fun look for the quick smile at 5:06 that says it all. There is something else about this preformance Her Dad is playing double bass he is the outside player back row , 3:13 . These have to be special moments for both of them .
Patricia is absolutely the ‘real deal’. I heard her in person a few days later in Southern Moravia and can vouch for all the plaudits she is receiving. One day soon I hope is ‘Cardiff Singer of the World’ competition.
Thank you for uploading this video recording. Patricia is wonderful and deserves to be heard in every big venue in the world. She is setting a high standard for the generation to come.

Wunderbar!
Patricia lends just the right measure of sensuality and gaiety to this Lehar classic. A woman that beautiful and unashamedly sexy singing about her soft lips and kisses could cause all the corks in nearby wine bottles to spontaneously burst!
PATRICIA HAS EVERYTHING, LOOKS, FIGURE, PERSONALITY AND OF COURSE A MAGNIFICENT VOICE. IF SHE DOESN'T CQNQUER THE WORLD I WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED, BUT OF COURSE SHE WILL, SO I WONT.
I would like to listen to Patricia sing this operetta in Vienna. Please someone bring either the richest patron or the most comprehensive music director for her. She is no longer a sweet 'talented girl' and has the capability of being such a proud and matured 'prima donna' as Elisabeth Schwarzkopf once in the best age.
I don't think that any new soprano has made such an impression on me since my discovery of the young Mirella Freni back in the Sixties. (So as not to be misunderstood, I wish to say that I am in no way suggesting that their two voices are similar; they are singers of two different types.)
