What do you recommend for 1 year postpartum weight loss? My mom would tel me about the hot water on my stomach and abdominal binder but it was so uncomfortable for me. She didn’t show me that I could wrap cloth instead. So now I’m struggling with this stomach pp. 😩

Hiya, I would recommend you continue to eat whole foods to aid your body's repair and more than anything it'll help you feel great. Walking is a great exercise for mind and body and can help you lose weight. Pilate core exercises are effective for strengthening your deep core muscles - think of it as your 'corset muscles' Remember it's never too late to get in better shape.
