Short Pump Virginia is one of our favorite suburbs of Richmond VA. This video is all about 5 awesome neighborhoods in the Short Pump area! We tell you everything you need to know including the good, the bad, and the ugly.
We have road and aerial footage, as well as tons of information about each neighborhood covered. We start with two awesome and affordable neighborhoods and then we work our way up to a crazy custom build community with some of the most beautiful homes in Short Pump VA.
So we start in Crown Grant and then head into the Raintree neighborhood. Each of which have their own pros and cons. The third neighborhood we discuss is Church Run which is a wonderful subdivision. Before going to the custom build community we show you Foxhall which is a beautiful 90s neighborhood in an amazing location super close to Short Pump Town Center. And we end at McCabe's Grant which you have to watch the video and see for yourself!
