Hi to melt the cheese 🧀 you can put it under the broiler for a few minutes keeping a close eye on it

The finely shredded cheese usually has the most cellulose on it to keep it from clumping up and that inhibits melting. It's why I always buy the regular shredded and if I have the time (and energy) I just buy the block cheese and shred myself. The blocks are usually cheaper anyways.

You can also rinse your pre-shredded cheese with cold water and it will melt. I tried this with pre-shredded Parmesan and it worked beautifully

The cheese wasn't melting because you bought pre-shredded cheese which has a dessicant in it that prevents it from clumping together. The best results will be found if you shred the cheese yourself.

You need to grate your own cheese or look for a grated, melting cheese. This should solve your problem.

Maybe your cheese was a low fat version. They don't melt well.

Nice recipes to make but for me I have to use turkey can't eat beef, the one with the cheese not melting my daughter always tell make sure it's not imitation cheese because I made something and the cheese did not melt she was always telling by the block and grate it I usually by Kraft hope this helps.🌍👍🌍💯🌍🙏🌍🍀🌍😘🌍💃🌍😋🌍👏🌍
