It’s cool that Partly Cloudy was featured before Up and there was an Up short film featured before Elemental, and Elemental has cloud characters similar to Partly Cloudy.

Mintz didn’t “steal” the idea of Oswald The character always belonged to universal, the worst thing Mintz did was basically force Disney into a bad deal to continue making the shorts for Universal, and by refusing the deal he was kicked out
