My dude seriously you must be the happiest producer/composer etc, alive.. Every time i watch your videos you make me want to open cubase and write a new song! So glad there are people actually love their job so much👊
Hahahah thanks my man! Whatever makes my life easier or makes me achieve new sounds not possible before really makes me happy indeed :) Music industry is not an easy place to be so enjoying every bit of it is mandatory in my opinion 🤟🏼
Well articulated! Agree exactly... Dom has a knack of making you want to get out of your usual zone and just go play and experiment - such infectious enthusiasm!
This was very very eye opening. I bet many users didn’t realise how essential and deep this plugin is. Best cubase hang out on RU-vid. And don’t think we haven’t noticed the upgrade in editing and all round video quality. Steinberg are lucky to have you bruv. They’d better be paying you some moola.
Every time i watch your tutorials you make me smile; that's an extra talent you have... making people want to be your friend. Such a funny disarming dude. Thanks for helping out an pretty old rocker so many times!
This video alone made me decide to upgrade to 11 from 10.5 today. I was debating if I should or shouldn't get it but now that I've seen what it can do, I'm sold! Thanks for the awesome presentation Dom!
The more im playing with sqausher and frequency v2 its now become my goto plugins. Especially squasher the way it just opens up a mix and enhances on details love it
Cubase owe you dollars. I upgraded from elements to 11 pro because of you. I still barely scratch the surface and you work quickly. One thing I would ask, is there a space echo equivalent. I have replika xt but don't want to buy one if there's one already that is undiscovered. Ideally want to emulate the bionic woman sounds.
As ever, great content, presented in an engaging and entertaining fashion, and with production quality that would put lots of mainstream TV to shame..... Top-notch stuff Dom.

Thanks for the video, very interesting the part 4 more for me (cause i would know how to energize my voice with squasher) ✌
Ott is due for a new album soon. His music is like this video's lesson with amazing arrangement and obnoxiously precise mixing. I never understand how his sound is so detailed and his mix so morphic in every single moment.... But now I get it just a little bit better. Thanks Dom!
Have you ever noticed that the output on each band is set to +6Db as a default? Definitely plays a part in the perceived loudness and effect of sounding better
You always produce informative vidoes making me happier everytime you upoload one, Sigalas. Continue doing great work. If you wont mind, kindly make a video on how to create group effects or you give me the link if u have one
Dear Dom Sigalas I am so envious of people with good skin like you. music genius May I know what food you eat every day? If I eat the same food, like you I hope my skin will get better. answer Please.
Great stuff Dom as always. I am still on Cubase Pro 10.5, I really think it is time now that I upgraded to Cubase 11! Keep these fantastic videos coming. Cheers.
They need to make it so instead of the default EQ you can make squasher for example the default for workflow. I feel like Abletons or FL studios workflow setup is much nicer. Although cubase has some really nice features (Also: is there a way to incorporate more colors to the track color scheme?)
Is it possible to create cinematic ensembles in Cubase. I want to play say 4 samples from 4 different libraries at the same time on one key of the keyboard. Yes, I know you can highlight 4 or 5 tracks and do it like that, but I want to be able to create multiple ensembles with multiple libraries and have them in a template so I don't have to highlight tracks to do this. Is this possible and could you do a video to explain how this can be done?
Im thinking about upgrade from 9.5 to 11 but I wonder how about system performance. On my i7 in my laptop i do have some performance issues so prabably i would have even more after the migration? Anybody here any experience?
You may actually get improved performance as 10 introduced a lot of improvements with ASIO guard and VST3 management. Just remember you are moving to 100% 64bit plugins so make sure all your essential plugins support this
I imagine you will have performance issues. I use an i9700H 3.0GHz that overclocks to 4.7 with 32 Gb ram + 32 Gb of OLE ram to a 1TB SSD and if you have a lot of plugins running on 30 or so tracks with a couple instances of Squasher that brings the machine to its knees.
