Do these 5 exercises everyday to improve your balance and also strengthen your legs and core! Have a chair handy for these standing exercises. Just do your best. Be consistent and do the exercises everyday. Move your body everyday and don't sit around and be sedentary. Don't worry if you need to hold on to the chair, you will get better and better, but you need to do the work. Plus, these are exercises that you can do almost anywhere.

2. Toe lifts
3. Heel lifts
4. Knee tracking
5. Ankle circles
6. Standing heel to toe
7. Cross feet
8. Lift one foot with hips even
9. Head turns
10. Toe taps forward, side and back
