Exerggerated price.$2.8 million is enough to buy two 5 bedroom houses in USA and still remain with a balance.I bought one for $200k.In Warren County NJ.Free advice buy land $50k( ksh5million)and build yours.A reasonable five bedroom house in Kenya will not cost you more than ksh30million.I did it.It is possible!

Outside, totally breathtaking. There’s something about the inside.. too much darkness, looks haunted or something like that. I’d be scared to live in there. Wish it had more lighting inside.

Outside the house is what makes it worth 300m but the interior honestly requires a lot of of modern rennovations to mellow out the exxesive wood used in the house.

Beautiful balustrade! One cannot question the attention to detail and expert carpentry. However, there is too much dark hardwood in the interior. How many mature trees were cut to do this up? The window curtain rails are dated, as is the kitchen. It is also very very dark. Also needs better landscaping, But overall, not a bad house in a fantastic area!

Interesting! Looks great from the outside but a little dark inside even with all the windows for my taste. For that asking price, it should've at least been furnished for the showing. That completely changest the outlook. That's how most mansions are sold here in America. Yes i know that's Kenya. And they need ceiling fans too if no central air conditioning.

But I understand it because history is being taught from the victor hand, which happens to be European. That history teaches Arabs bought African as slaves. What about the Arabs that were black?Which is very true! That very same history book omitted the Turks slave trade of Italians, Spaniards, and Slavic peoples. Nor the Catholic church that castrated boys to sing in the church choir. Slavery was very wide spread and everyone was involved. As far as me changing my name and religion: Islam from Christianity is like buying a new coat. You find holes and discrepancies in that coat you dont just throw it out. Islam filled those hole and discrepancies for me. My family name is Scottish, I'm not a Scot so I changed it to something better....ANY MORE QUESTIONS.?

@Abdul Raheem reason why I mentioned Arabs is because they were among the earliest visitors to Africa. Do you know that when Mansa Musa made his journey to Mecca he passed through Egypt and he was not allowed to sit with the Sultan because he was black despite them having trading relations. Speaking of black Arabs Tippu Tip from Zanzibar was the most notorious and the christians who carried out the crusades against muslims. My point is all this cultures have dark histories but we still follow them. The European colonizers did bad things but if ones chooses to buy a colonial styled house it doesn’t mean anything or recently I heard somebody criticizing how Africans wear their suits and bowties and adopting European style of dressing made them bad “Africans” truth is none of these things matter.

I am a Tanzanian lives in states...I will tell you what,we sucks on interior designs....in Dar es salaam houses very good outside but a jungle inside...poor lighting ,poor colors choices...not cozy at all.i see very simple looking houses in the outside here in states but you dont want to live once inside...This needs to change and will change as more people move to middle class.

The aerial view of this house is breathtaking but the inside!!🙉🙉🙉🙉My goodness this house interior looks like a museum or a shrine. Looks haunted inside! I will be scared 😨 to live here . Those ceilings my my and the cabinets!! To even think snout renovating this house yiu would spend alot of money! Typically African, they can sell you anything! they need to learn about marketing. Find professional real estate to talk on your video, that is how the psychology work. People buy with feeling attached to their story. Second turn all your lights on to show people they are buying a house and not a prison cell and you need cool light on summer and on winter you need warm light . Your house is too dark with wood and your floor so at least use your brain .
